OnPoint Digital Ventures (OPDV)’s privacy policy complies with international and European legislation (RGPD) on data protection. OPDV informs users through this document about their rights and obligations regarding the confidentiality of his data and the reasons for their storage and use.
Data collected by OPDV
OPDV collects all data entered into the applications by users and stores it either on its own servers or on the servers of a provider. As a cloud-based service, storage on a server is a mandatory requirement for the operation of the application, so users must agree to it.
OPDV classifies data into two categories: user data and account data. User data includes the user name and personal data, photos and documents in the “account information” and “contact information” sections. Account data is the data provided when the business account is created.
OPDV collects data from cookies. If users wish, they can disable cookies at any time from their browser so that OPDV does not collect them. This information is used to conduct navigation studies, as well as access and use of the application. The browsing information includes the type of device that is connected, its characteristics, location and duration of connection.

We review our policy on data collection, storage and processing, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.
